• How long have you been making high-quality prop replica costumes?

Steve made his first costume of Darth Vader in 1983. It was worn by Steve as the "Vader" for the South Australia release of Return of the Jedi in the same year.

• How do you make these items and what kind of materials do you use?

Armour and helmets are made from a high-impact, ridgid plastic using the vacuum-forming method. All parts are hand assembled extending the manufacturing time. Final finish is spray painted using special paint and techniques.

• Do you sell stuff made-to-order?

Special orders are welcome provided they don't break copyright laws. We have made items ranging from Darth Vader to fully animated robots. We prefer to make customized items for fans and collectors' use in their personal collections and will not mass-produce or deal with unauthorised prop dealers of any kind.
